Would you like to grow as a Technical Lead – Electrical Power Systems within a global leader in energy management and automation, delivering innovative solutions for data centers and mission-critical facilities?
As a Technical Lead, you will drive the technical strategy and execution of complex electrical power distribution projects, primarily for data centers, ensuring resilient, scalable, and high-availability solutions that meet customer expectations while safeguarding quality, cost, schedule, and compliance from design through final acceptance.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead the technical scope of the project and act as the single point of contact for all technical matters.
- Ensure customer technical requirements are met in terms of performance, quality, cost, and schedule.
- Coordinate a multidisciplinary technical team composed of engineers and designers.
- Manage technical risks and oversee the interface between the project team and the customer.
- Supervise design, implementation, testing, and final acceptance of the technical solutions.
- Lead technical discussions with the customer and secure approval of the proposed solutions.
- Coordinate technical implementation activities with factories and suppliers through to project completion.
- Manage subcontracted portions of the project in close collaboration with the procurement team.
- Contribute to the technical leadership community and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading the technical scope of projects.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within the relevant application domain (electrical power distribution / mission-critical infrastructure).
- Solid experience in medium- and low-voltage electrical systems.
- Ability to interpret and apply relevant international technical standards (IEC, IEEE).
- Knowledge of engineering tools such as ETAP and EPLAN (considered a plus, not mandatory).
- English: B2/C1 level required (essential for coordination and communication with international clients and teams).
