We offer an appropriate and agile response to any customer request that is aligned with our strategic objectives, we work for the welfare of our teams and thus achieve commitment and a high level of continuity in the company.

We have a portfolio of more than 50 active clients belonging to industries as diverse as: Energy, Automotive, Electronics, Food, Travel, Publishing, Retail, Finance etc. Most of our clients are multinational companies.

At this moment, we bring our services to companies mostly in Spain and more occasionally abroad (France, Mexico, etc.).

The process starts with a detailed evaluation of our clients’ needs and objectives. Afterwards, our teams work on identifying, validating, and proposing the best-fit solutions.

We always seek a perfect alignment between our clients’ expectations and those of the people responsible for carrying out our services. To this end, we carry-out periodic follow-ups and implement action plans in the event of any discrepancy. On the other hand, our Talent team is continuously feeding the database of candidates, which allows us to mitigate risks and offer continuity solutions in case of any change in the team assigned to the service.

Our service, which adopts the client’s working day, is carried-out on-site, remotely or in a hybrid mode. In all cases, a complete integration of Oxigent personnel is key to get the best results.

Our invoices are based on the total amount of hours or days of effective service and are issued monthly.

Recruitment process

The first step could be contacting us through our online form, sign up for a specific offer, call us or send us an email.

You can apply to a specific offer and do it directly if considering that you do not fit any of our job openings. Your CV will be stored in our database and taken into account for any new recruitment process.

One of our Talent Consultants will get in contact with you for a first interview which main purpose is to understand your professional profile and main motivations. Afterwards, we will analyse in which clients / projects you better fit. Our clients will always take part in the validation process, through interviews, technical assessments, cultural fits etc. The final step of the process will be a meeting with one of our Business Managers to confirm your interest and to make you a job offer.

It all depends on the urgency of the project / client. From Oxigent, we will do our best to make it as agile and efficient as possible so that you know any change in the status in real time.

From the beginning, we are committed to offering you complete transparency in each of our interactions. For each of our offers, you will get all possible details about the client, the project context, the team you will be working in, the responsibilities, the technical requirements etc. 

Moreover, we will provide you with feedback as you progress through each phase of the process. To us, transparent communication is key!

No matter if you fail at some point, we will keep your profile and will get back to you as soon as some opportunity comes up.

Whether you are based at Oxigent head office or at our client’s premises, our relationship will be as close and personalized as possible, always taking into account your interests to ensure your professional and personal evolution.

Through a series of regular follow-ups with your direct manager, you will have the opportunity to get feedback on your performance and work together on your career path. You will not depend only on the client and his/her interests, your opinion and motivation are very important for everything to flow!

Being a consultant at Oxigent means working in close collaboration with our clients, that is hand in hand with their work teams and in straight contact with the projects / products to be developed. Being a consultant also means carrying the Oxigent colours in your day-to-day work.

Of course you can. If our commitment with the client is to carry-out our service until necessary, you may expect to evolve professionally, either vertically or horizontally. We will help you plot your next steps and look for new challenges both inside or outside the client.

Being part of various projects in a wide range of industries, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow by doing. Moreover, Oxigent will provide you with an annual training budget to improve your skills.

When you join Oxigent, we will assign you a professional category based on your seniority, which will be reviewed annually depending on your progress and acquired expertise. The goal is not only to offer you new opportunities related to your profile but also to update your salary conditions.

Conditions and Benefits

No, your contract will always be indefinite from day one, regardless of the duration of the assigned project. The professional relationship will always be with us, and when a project comes to an end, we will work altogether to bring you new project opportunities.

Since you will work closely with the client, you will need to adapt to the client (working hours, lunch breaks, intensive workdays, remote work, etc.).

Whether you are working at headquarters or on a project, in most cases, you will be given the opportunity to combine onsite and remote work. Some clients will even allow full remote.

Your salary will depend on your professional profile, years of experience, proficiency in cutting-edge technologies, as well ascate the professional category assigned by Oxigent. A salary range will be established according to market conditions and updated according to different parameters (actual situation, customer satisfaction etc.).

Our mission

The history behind Oxigent

Pixie’s Journey started in 2007 in Dublin, Ireland, with the goal to become a key SAP player on the European contract recruitment market. Firstly focusing on integrators and end-users of SAP solutions, the company decided to expand its expertise in terms of technologies launching new companies and teams in Europe and abroad, and finally setting up a holding company: Kube Partners. Nowadays, the group operates worldwide from its offices in Spain, France and the USA.
Oxigent Technologies was founded as a Kube subsidiary in June, 2019 to offer local tech services to multinational companies. Our clients rely upon Oxigent teams for carrying-out their most strategic activities, and Oxigent consultants are given the opportunity to be actors of the tech revolution that characterizes our world and time. During its first two years of life, Oxigent experienced a relentless growth of its business and talent teams in order to reach more and wider clients, as well as to offer new horizons to engineers eager to continuously improve. At the end of 2021, we were 80 employees and had a 30+ clients portfolio.
In 2022, we expanded our social benefits and sharpened our commitment with sustainability (ODS certification). In 2023, we already were 200+ professionals and could rely on a strong portfolio of more than 50 clients. By the end of 2024, we will hopefully surpass 250 people. We are still at the beginning of our journey and will keep doing consulting in a different way, that's our recipe for success.
