What are the steps of the recruitment process?
One of our Talent Consultants will get in contact with you for a first interview which main purpose is to understand your professional profile and main motivations. Afterwards, we will analyse in which clients / projects you better fit. Our clients will always take part in the validation process, through interviews, technical assessments, cultural fits etc. The final step of the process will be a meeting with one of our Business Managers to confirm your interest and to make you a job offer.
How long does a recruitment process is?
It all depends on the urgency of the project / client. From Oxigent, we will do our best to make it as agile and efficient as possible so that you know any change in the status in real time.
What is Oxigent committed to during the process?
From the beginning, we are committed to offering you complete transparency in each of our interactions. For each of our offers, you will get all possible details about the client, the project context, the team you will be working in, the responsibilities, the technical requirements etc.

Is my contract linked to a specific project?
No, your contract will always be indefinite from day one, regardless of the duration of the assigned project. The professional relationship will always be with us, and when a project comes to an end, we will work altogether to bring you new project opportunities.
If I am a consultant, what will my schedule be?
Since you will work closely with the client, you will need to adapt to the client (working hours, lunch breaks, intensive workdays, remote work, etc.).
Is there any possibility to work remotely?
Whether you are working at headquarters or on a project, in most cases, you will be given the opportunity to combine onsite and remote work. Some clients will even allow full remote.
What determines my salary conditions?
Your salary will depend on your professional profile, years of experience, proficiency in cutting-edge technologies, as well ascate the professional category assigned by Oxigent. A salary range will be established according to market conditions and updated according to different parameters (actual situation, customer satisfaction etc.).
