Would you like to develop as a Senior Project Manager within a global leader in energy management and automation, contributing to large-scale Data Center projects across Europe, in a highly technical, international and fast-paced environment ?
From Oxigent Technologies, we are looking for a Project Manager to lead European Data Center projects, based in Grenoble or Sevilla.
In this role, your mission will be to manage complex electrical infrastructure projects (UPS, batteries, transfer switches), covering all phases: from specification review and design optimization, through manufacturing follow-up, to commissioning and final handover, ensuring contract compliance, financial performance, and customer satisfaction in an international environment.

What will your main responsibilities be?
- End-to-end management of complex projects ensuring technical, contractual and financial objectives
- Functional coordination of multidisciplinary international teams (engineering, manufacturing, commissioning, supply chain)
- Monitoring project profitability, cost control and risk management
- Acting as the main interface with international clients and stakeholders
- Ensuring project delivery in terms of timeline, quality and internal processes
- Leading remote teams within a matrix organization
- Driving collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
What will you need to succeed?
- University degree (engineering or equivalent)
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent mandatory)
- 5–10 years of experience in complex industrial or technical project management
- Experience in Data Centers or electrical infrastructure (strong plus)
- Ability to lead international teams in a matrix environment
- Strong English level (minimum B2, ideally C1)
- Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing environments
