At Oxigent Technologies, we are looking for a Technical Leader with strong expertise in AI and Python to guide the development of a new AI module for a key application in the air transport industry.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the technical roadmap for product development.
- Collaborate closely with the Flight Operations Expert and AI Model Engineer to ensure solutions are optimized for aerial operations, meeting safety and operational standards.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact, coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide a Junior AI Engineer, supporting their growth while overseeing both new developments and ongoing maintenance.
- Contribute your expertise to other AI-related products when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in AI product development with Python, including project or team leadership.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
