At Oxigent Technologies, we are looking for a Senior Manager – Strategy & Innovation to join a strategic growth and innovation team based in Barcelona.

Your mission will be to lead corporate and operational strategy initiatives and support the strategic management, aimed at accelerating high-impact projects across the organisation.

What will your main responsibilities be?

  • Lead CxO-level strategy and innovation programmes, from problem definition to final recommendations.

  • Develop strategic roadmaps, business cases, blueprints and executive presentations.

  • Coordinate multiple workstreams, defining priorities, governance, resources and milestones.

  • Advise and influence senior executives and key stakeholders across different business units and regions.

  • Identify business, technology and industry trends and translate them into strategic opportunities.

  • Mentor and support the development of managers, analysts and junior team members.

    What will you need?

  • At least 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, innovation or business transformation.

  • Experience within a Tier 1 strategy consulting firm

  • Previous experience as an Engagement Manager, Project Leader or equivalent.

  • Ability to structure ambiguous business challenges and develop strategic proposals from a blank page.

  • Experience creating and presenting CxO-level strategies, roadmaps and recommendations.

  • Strong programme management, stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Sciences or a related field

What do we offer?

Two possible collaboration models:

Freelance collaboration

  • Freelance rate of up to €700 per day, depending on the experience provided.
  • Possibility of joining the client’s internal team after the initial collaboration period.

Permanent employment

  • Permanent contract through Oxigent Technologies.

  • Salary of up to €100,000 gross per year, depending on the experience provided.
