At Oxigent Technologies, we’re looking for a PMS SITE COORDINATOR to join an exciting international infrastructure project based in Belgium.
As part of this role, you will contribute to the implementation and coordination of a Project Management System (PMS) on-site, ensuring alignment between field operations and technical delivery teams.
What will your main responsibilities be?
•?Act as an on-site liaison between PMS and Field Services teams (FSR).
•?Ensure proper planning, execution, and documentation of project activities.
•?Facilitate reporting, issue escalation, and logistical support during project execution.
•?Participate in coordination meetings and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
•?Support communication in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
What will you need to succeed?
•?2-3 years of experience in industrial, construction, or tech environments, ideally in coordination roles.
•?High level of English (C1) for daily interaction with international teams.
•?Technical background or engineering studies (preferred).
•?Knowledge of Project Management Systems (PMS) and digital tools for reporting/collaboration.
•?Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and adaptability.
