What is Oxigent?

Oxigent is a company that provides high value-added technological services through the collaboration of a team of specialists whose expertise covers all areas of engineering.

We offer a relevant and agile response to any customer request that is aligned with our strategic objectives, we work for the welfare of our teams and thus achieve commitment and a high level of permanence in the company.

What is Oxigent's portfolio of services?

We offer the collaboration of highly qualified professionals covering a wide range of engineering specialties. More details can be found in the services section of the website.

We have a portfolio of more than 50 active clients belonging to sectors as diverse as: Energy, Automotive, Electronics, Food, Travel, Publishing, Retail, Finance etc. Most of Oxigent’s clients are multinationals.

At the moment, we offer our services to clients mostly within the Iberian Peninsula and more occasionally to clients abroad (France, Mexico, etc.).

The process starts with a detailed evaluation of the client’s needs and objectives, and then identifies and validates with the client the best-fit solutions.

We always seek a perfect alignment between the client’s expectations and those of the people responsible for carrying out the service. To this end, periodic follow-ups are carried out and action plans are implemented in the event of any discrepancy. On the other hand, our Talent team is continuously feeding the database of candidates, which allows us to mitigate risks and offer continuity solutions in case of a change in the team assigned to the service.

For the success of the service, the integration of Oxigent personnel within the client’s team and project is key. Therefore, the service, which is performed on-site or remotely, adopts the client’s working day.

Invoicing is done on a monthly basis based on the hours or days of service provided.

Recruitment process

How can I start working with Oxigent?

You can start by contacting us through our online form, sign up for a specific offer, call us or send us an email.

We have a form on our website for sending unsolicited applications. It is not necessary to apply for any of our active positions if you consider that you do not fit the required profile or if you are not interested in them. Through the form you can proactively propose your CV to be included in our database and we will consider you in our current and future selection processes.

We publish all our available vacancies in the Jobs section of the website.

You will always be contacted by one of our Talent team members, who will invite you to a first interview to get to know in detail your professional profile and motivations. From here, we will propose your profile to those clients / projects in which you can fit, passing to a subsequent technical interview with the head of department in the corresponding client. If everything goes well both on your side and the client’s, we will hold a final meeting from Oxigent to ensure the closure of the process and make you a proposal for incorporation.

It all depends on the urgency of the project / client, although Oxigent will try to make it as agile and efficient as possible so that you know the status of your application as soon as possible. In addition, we will keep you informed of the status of each phase in real time.

From the beginning, we are committed to offering you complete transparency in each of the interactions we have with you. We will give you the maximum detail of the specifications and conditions of the offered projects (client context, functions to be performed, technical requirements,…) as well as we will provide you with feedback as you progress through each phase of the process. Communication is very important to us!

In case you are not selected in any of our processes, we will keep in touch keeping your profile in our database to consider you in future opportunities related to your interests.

What is it like to work at Oxigent?

Whether you are based at the head office or at a client’s premises, your relationship with Oxigent will be as close and personalized as possible, always taking into account your interests so that you can continue to evolve professionally and personally.

Through a series of regular follow-ups with your direct manager, you will have the opportunity to get feedback on your performance and work together on your career path. You will not depend only on the client and his/her interests, your opinion and motivation are very important for everything to flow!

Being a consultant at Oxigent means being in close collaboration with the client (working in many cases in their offices or remotely). This will allow you to collaborate hand in hand with their work team and be in direct contact with the project / product to be developed. You will be our representative there!

Of course you can. Although our commitment with the client is to develop the project until its implementation, you may need / want to evolve professionally, either vertically or horizontally. You will be able to express your concerns to your direct manager at Oxigent to plot together your next steps and look for new challenges.

Apart from the opportunity to learn and grow through working on various projects and with different clients (which is an advantage for exploring new roles, technologies, sectors, etc.), Oxigent provides an annual training budget that you can invest in courses that help you continue developing.

When you join Oxigent, we will assign you a professional category based on your seniority, which will be reviewed annually depending on your progress and acquired expertise. The goal is not only to offer you new opportunities related to your profile but also to update your salary conditions.

Conditions and Benefits

Is my contract tied to the duration of a project?

No, your contract will always be indefinite from day one with Oxigent, regardless of the duration of the assigned project. The professional relationship will always be with us, and if a project ends, we will assign you a new one.

Since you will work closely with the client, you will need to adapt to their working hours and specificities (such as possible flexible hours, lunch breaks, intensive workdays, remote work, etc.).

Whether you are working at headquarters or on a project, you can benefit from some days of remote work. Most clients we work with allow remote work for a percentage of the time, and in some cases, even 100% remote work.

Your salary will be determined based on your professional profile, years of experience, proficiency in cutting-edge technologies, and the professional category assigned by Oxigent. A salary range is established according to market conditions and will be reviewed based on your performance.

Besides the annual salary based on your experience, we offer a training budget, private health insurance, flexible compensation, access to gym facilities, and many other advantages for being part of our team!

You will have regular follow-up meetings with both your direct supervisor at Oxigent and your contact person from the Talent area. Additionally, you will have access to various support departments for any day-to-day queries and administrative tasks.

Oxigent promotes interaction among colleagues through various initiatives and channels. In some cases, you will have Oxigent colleagues within your same project or client, as we work with large teams in a variety of companies. We also organize events throughout the year to facilitate this interaction through more informal activities aimed at getting to know each other and having fun. Our mission

The history behind Oxigent

Pixie’s Journey started in 2007 in Dublin, Ireland, with the goal to become a key SAP player on the European contract recruitment market. Firstly focusing on integrators and end-users of SAP solutions, the company decided to expand its expertise in terms of technologies launching new companies and teams in Europe and abroad, and finally setting up a holding company: Kube Partners. Nowadays, the group operates worldwide from its offices in Spain, France and the USA.
Oxigent Technologies was founded as a Kube subsidiary in June, 2019 to offer local tech services to multinational companies. Our clients rely upon Oxigent teams for carrying-out their most strategic activities, and Oxigent consultants are given the opportunity to be actors of the tech revolution that characterizes our world and time. During its first two years of life, Oxigent experienced a relentless growth of its business and talent teams in order to reach more and wider clients, as well as to offer new horizons to engineers eager to continuously improve. At the end of 2021, we were 80 employees and had a 30+ clients portfolio.
In 2022, we expanded our social benefits and sharpened our commitment with sustainability (ODS certification). In 2023, we already were 200+ professionals and could rely on a strong portfolio of more than 50 clients. By the end of 2024, we will hopefully surpass 250 people. We are still at the beginning of our journey and will keep doing consulting in a different way, that's our recipe for success.
