At Oxigent Technologies, we are looking for a Site Manager to supervise the construction of a high voltage substation in Wachow, Nauen (Germany)
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise the execution of electromechanical works in a high voltage substation (excluding power transformers).
- Ensure compliance with project controls and proper management of the execution schedule.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and minimize risks during project execution.
- Manage interfaces between different work teams and ensure contractual compliance.
- Supervise quality and regulatory compliance at all project stages.
- Manage Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) aspects.
- Review key contractor documentation to ensure contract compliance.
What do you need?
- Degree in Engineering or higher.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor for High Voltage Substations.
- Knowledge of international electrical regulations.
- Experience with FAT/SAT documentation.
- Native German / B2+ English.
What do we offer?
- Contract type: Freelance collaboration.
- Duration: 8 months (with a possible extension depending on project needs).
- Location: On-site in Wachow, Nauen (Germany)
- Availability: Full-time (40h/week). Flexible schedule.
- Rate: €80/hour (negotiable).
- Conditions: The professional must have their own vehicle and manage their own travel expenses and work tools.
