Would you like to continue your development as a Commissioning Engineer for UPS in a multinational French company company that specializes in energy management and automation?

The Regional Commisioning Engineer for UPS is responsible to provide professional on-site services for UPS range of products produced by the company for its customers and their projects.
This includes commissioning, technical on-site analysis & suport, supervision during installation and resolving customer’s issues.

The role is primary focusing on complex & critical projects in a field of Secure Power installations (UPS, Battery cabinets, Transfer Switches)

What are you core activities?

  • Perform Startup & Commissioning on all equipment across the entire secure power (UPS) product range
  • Evaluate unit’s installation (e.g. the quality of connections, assembly, readiness for start-up)
  • Evaluate system’s installation & operational conditions
  • Ability to perform onsite adjustments to bring the units to the best running conditions
  • Support customers in the installation, modification and repair of UPS product range
  • Be able to identify if the failure is related to a quality issue/software issue / operation condition issue (Root cause Analysis)

Requirements:

  • Diploma/bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
  • 5 years with commissioning or field service repair with secure power
  • Confirmed experience with Secure Power insulations (UPS, Battery cabinets, Transfer Switches)
  • Experience with installation and commission in Data Center is real advantage
  • Mandatory: fluent communication in English language (B2+ level min).
  • Good Software tools literacy: AutoCAD, MS Office, Acrobat.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for 70% of the working time.
